Terms of Service – Geschenkt

1. About Us Geschenkt sells digital greeting cards and Islamic dua collections. Contact: geschenkt.muc@gmail.com

2. Digital Products & Delivery All products are digital and delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from your order. By proceeding with your purchase and accessing the digital content, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived upon download or access. If you do not wish to waive this right, do not access the content within the 14-day period.

4. Refunds Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once content has been accessed. If your product is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. EU consumers retain all statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
